The ESPY Awards were held last night and things got a little hairy when host, Peyton Manning, joked about Kevin Durant joining the dominant U.S. women's gymnastics team next year.
Kevin played for the Oklahoma City Thunder for 8 seasons, alongside teammate Russell Westbrooke. However, in the summer of 2016, KD decided to sign with the Golden State Warriors, who the Thunder had lost to in the conference finals just weeks before. The Golden State Warriors eventually ended up winning the NBA Championship. Since then, he's been getting plenty of flack for leaving the Thunder for a super team. Peyton thought he'd poke at him a bit, but neither Kevin nor Russell found it very funny... clearly.
