How To Balance Your Muscle During Workout (Part 2)

As we know that balancing is very important for our body to lift weights properly so lets understand which are the things that keep us in balance. Spinal cord an important part of Central Nervous System (CNS), Information that reaches spinal cord through sensory neurons is passed to the brain. So basically spinal cord has major role in connection between mind and body and balancing need the coordination of both.

Peripheral nervous system that is present in almost every organ of the body also connects with the spinal cord. So when we touch something hot or cold a message travel from the hand to the brain through spinal cord.

Now there is another theory called gate control theory which states that there are gates on bundle of nerves fiber in spinal cord. They are present between peripheral nervous system and brain and control the flow of pain messages from peripheral nervous system to brain.

Gatekeepers in different parts of the body communicate with each other and they remain update about the condition of the upper and lower body. Some gatekeepers control the upper body while the other control the lower body. So the imbalance in muscle starts when the most important function of the body start getting affected when you do some kind of exercise that involve correct posture.

The gatekeepers that control upper body functions like breathing and hearing send messages to lower body gatekeepers to adjust a bit so that they can perform the main function like breathing more easily and that adjustment does not happen according to correct posture.

Balancing muscle needs to make sure you do not have any major or minor problem in any organ or you do not have breathing problem if you do have you need to correct that problem. A healthy person just need to concentrate on both sides of the body to balance the muscle if one side is weak than he needs to do some extra exercises just for weaker side so that both sides start performing well.
