Bicep peak is what impress others more than any part of the body. There is a science of muscle which has to be understood before doing any workout for developing bicep peak. Our bicep has two heads one is called long head which is responsible
for peak of our arm and the other one is called short head which is more on the inside portion of the arm.

To target the long head of your bicep you have to do the curl exercises with narrow grip and your elbows should be closer to your bicep. Another way the hard way is to reduce the use of your forearm in any type of workout by rotating your wrist towards outside. Drag curl can also help to build better peak.
