This is Susan:) Longgg time no see! As a girl who LOVES adventure, I went to SuperPark Hong Kong to try out something new last week. It's an indoor activity park and I had GREAT FUN there!!!!! 😍 Wanna know how fantastic it was? Let's go!!!

好久不見了:) 大家都知道我是一個喜歡嘗試新事物的女孩吧？😆這次，我去了SuperPark Hong Kong這個室內活動中心放肆地做了一天的運動😍 想知道我都玩了些什麼嗎？讓我們開始吧！

What is SuperPark? SuperPark是什麼呢？

Originated in Finland, SuperPark is a unique, purpose built, indoor activity park. People of all ages and sizes come here for movement, friendship and fun. 🎉 They have a diverse customer base that ranges from pre-schoolers to teenagers, to elite athletes, fitness class enthusiasts and corporate groups. SuperPark truly is for everyone!

Interesting Facts: SuperPark's founder Taneli Sutinen had a moment of inspiration as he watched his daughter play at a small indoor activity park.👧 As he tried to relax over a newspaper and a doughnut 📰, he couldn't catch a break since his daughter insisted that he play with her. As he tried to navigate the children’s activities with his daughter, he thought - "There has to be a better way…” It was at this moment that the idea of SuperPark was born.😎

Augmented Climbing Wall 數碼攀石牆

This is NOT an average indoor rock-climbing wall! This wall has integrated digital aspects with different kinds of games to increase the challenge!😍 We chose to play air hockey on the wall - definitely challenging!!! Your hands and feet acted as pucks and you have to move up and down fast to win!!

這可不是一般的攀岩哦！！這是與眾不同的電子互動攀石牆，將電子元素注入不同類型的遊戲，令攀爬挑戰性大大增加！😍我們選擇了氣墊球遊戲，需要手腳並用當球拍，對速度和力量的要求可是很高的呢！！

Gymnastic Area 體操地帶

There was an airtrack, parterre and soft blocks in their gymnastic area. Do I look like a boss😎? Sorry no

這裏設有專用跑道、軟墊和地板，讓你大展所長。我看起來是不是很專業呀😎？不

Trampoline Platform 巨型跳床區

What they provided was professional trampolines for serious acrobats like me. 🔮 There's a heavenly foam pit so you can somersault with ease! Susan in motion!!

這裏不僅有為新手準備的跳床，還有為像我一樣的雜技能手而設的專業彈床，🔮 讓他們一展身手，隨時來翻個跟斗跳進海綿池！跳躍中的Susan!!

Don't forget to bring a pair of Anti-skid socks if you decide to jump! Otherwise you have to buy there ;pp

如果你打算跳跳床，別忘了帶一雙防滑襪哦！要不然你就要重新買一雙啦！;pp

There're awesome ramps, rails, and kickers. Ready to hone your skills with a skateboard or scooter? ;pp

這裏設有跳板、圍欄和跳台，適合訓練各種滑板及滑板車的獨門花式和技巧。

Baseball 棒球

Wanna play baseball?⚾️ Here's your chance!! Goal!!! Remember that you have to be at least 10 years old to enter this room ;p

有興趣打棒球嗎？⚾️ 你的機會來了！打中了！不過，你要滿10歲才能進入這個區域哦 ;pp

Street Basketball 街頭籃球場

The nice thing about the Park is that they said no skills are forbidden!!🏀 So if you wanna show off, it's definitely the right place for you!

這裏的「街頭籃球場」的好處是，他們不禁止任何花招，也讓任何人都能加入！！🏀這絕對是你展示技巧的好時機！

Super Bowling 超級保齡球

It's not ordinary bowling🎳. You have to roll get bowling balls fall into any one of the holes on the board, and it's harder than you think!!

這可不是一般的保齡球賽🎳！看起來很簡單，但實際上是很考技巧的哦！我們需要準確用力，把手中的保齡球送進前方5個洞中的其中1個。到底會是你還是你的對手贏呢？

It's a great game to practice your goal-shooting skills!!😆 Play against your friends and try to shoot as many goals before the buzzer tells you that your magic minute is over!

這是一個鍛鍊球技的好機會！玩家需要分成兩隊、面對面對決，看哪隊能在限定時間內更多次擊中對方身後的球板！真的是一個刺激的遊戲呢！！！😆

Kids Area 兒童專區

Just drag your personal tube-tyre up the hill and slide all the way back down! This game will keep adventure-hungry kids occupied for hours, and it made me laugh, too LOLLLL!!!

這就是「超級輪胎滑梯」！！玩家只須拖著輪胎走上最高處，再急速滑下——對小朋友來說絕對是十分有趣、刺激的遊戲！！！

How about holding on tight and slide from one end of the wire track to the other? This is what they call "Flying Fox"!! Hi and bye!!!😆

要試試「空中滑索」嗎？沿著軌道由起點飛快滑向另一端，是享受速度也是鍛鍊核心肌力的膽量挑戰！你好！再見！😆

Pedal Car Track: have a friendly competition with your crew by racing them around our indoor track! 🚗 Remember – you are the engine!

「迷你賽車場」提供了孩子和他好友舉行踏板車友誼賽的機會！ 🚗 不過需要注意的是，你就是車子的發動機！！

There are still many unmentioned activities. I just LOVE here! ❤️ It's suitable for ALL age groups, and I think it's a nice place to go if you wanna spend a healthy and fun day with your kids!! If you plan to visit Hong Kong, then I'd definitely recommend SuperPark to you!!!
