Kyrie Irving is out for the season and playoffs. He has had knee issues throughout the NBA season and decided to shut it down to get healthy. Tough blow for the Celtics and their fans. Hopefully next year, the Celtics will be healthy and ready to make a run at the NBA championship.
This is so sad, was really hoping to see him play his butt off in the CAVs series. What are your thoughts on a healthy Celtic roster next season?

I agree, rjlifter. It is sad to see this happen after a long but competitive season for the Celtics. I believed they had a shot to make it to the Finals with Kyrie this year. Next season, I believe they are top 2 in the East. I really believe they can contend for the NBA championship if they can stay healthy. They have the coach and players to get it done. I believe they are an legit threat for the title.

Well I believe if they make it to the second round would be amazing for them. But I believe they probably get put out in the first round sadly. If they are fortunate to make it to the second round, I believe that will be as far as they will go tho. Brad is an amazing coach. He can really get the most out of his players.

Hmm, good question. It hard to say at the moment. Maybe DeAndre Ayton or Mohamed Bamba. Doubt if they can grab Marvin Bagley. I think they need more post presence to help Harford.
