I live in Ukraine in the city of Kharkov. I am fond of street sports called Vorkut, I have been actively engaged in this kind of sport for about 10 years, develop, overcome difficulties in this sport, and try to achieve better results.SPORT IS LIFE !!!!!!! !!!!!!! THIS DRUG THAT WITHOUT ONE MOMENT I CAN NOT BREATH, THIS IS A BREAK IN THE BODY, THIS DESIRE AND THE DESIRE TO BE THE FIRST, BE THE BEST, AND IT IS JUST TO BE ........... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Someone likes it, some do not, and some people treat this question indifferently. But, be that as it may, you should know that on the side of those involved in sports, there are special advantages, which we'll talk about in this article. But first - a few words about the sedentary lifestyle.
Did you know that, according to medical research, the average rate of movement of an average person is 15 thousand steps a day, i.е. about 10 km? Do you go or run so much every day? For sure, few will answer positively.
In the morning we go to work, in the afternoon we are at our workplace (if we are not couriers, of course), in the evening we go home again, rest and go to sleep. And so every day, except for the weekend. If your lifestyle does not correspond to the example above, you train regularly or somehow managed to build your schedule, then accept our congratulations. But you will agree that people who, by and large, conduct a passive way of life (albeit different from the same example above) are significantly more numerous than those who live the most active life.
A sedentary lifestyle, in turn, leads to not very good consequences, such as, for example, health problems, decreased vitality, apathetic condition, weak-willedness, etc. And the physical form in this case leaves much to be desired. Once again, we repeat that we do not equate all "by one", but we speak about the majority.
Despite this, a lot of people are not just not doing sports, but do not even think about it, although sport is an excellent way to keep fit and stay healthy. And, as you know, a person becomes interested in something (moreover, this rule works perfectly even in sales), if we show him the benefits of this. It is for this reason that we will talk about the benefits and advantages that people give to sports.
