#31daysofrunning: Day 5 Club training and Day 6 Race day

Hi, its me with boring challenge report again.
July 5th (Day 5) again was club training and nothing special. 4.8 km warm-up (5.55 min/km) and 800 easy run + 5x100m sprint + 1.2 km cool down. It was easier training as Day 6 was a race day.

July 6th, Statehood Day in Lithuania and a race day for me. 11.4 km hilly track is waiting. In the morning I was feeling some pain in tarsus so decided not to push to the limits. Did it in 1:02:14 and I am happy with the result.day6.jpg

Today is 7th day of the challenge and I'm already in very strained recovery status. Today is club training so I will do ~5km warm-up and then some weights. recovery.jpg
