As You guessed from the title I failed in my 31 days of running challenge but lets start from day 7.
Friday was day 7 of challenge. Participated in club training. Had a solid 4.88 km run and as planned some weightlifting and core exercise.
On day 8 morning I was hardly able to move without pain. After trying to get rid of pain in tarsus and hamstrings all day in the evening I decided that I should listen to my body and end it. It lasted 7 days and I quit it not because I'm lazy but because of pain and plans for another half marathon on September. I'm pretty sure that the pain was caused by hill because last week almost every day I was running uphills/downhills almost every day.
