Last week was definitely not my best week in running. In total I did 30,6 km .
Monday: Club training day but I missed it as I still was feeling some pain.
Tuesday: Planned some orienteering but we had so heavy showers that was not impossible to run, walk or drive.
Wednesday: Club training. I had double warm-up and then we had 1 km control time. Really happy about the improvement from March. On March did it in 4:09 and on Wednesday in 3:44. Then we had introduction to orienteering hosted by professional. Total 8.0 km
Thurday: Rest day
Friday: 5k @5:00 tempo + 1.3 km cooldown
Saturday: unexpected rest day
Sunday: Long run that had to be done on Saturday. 16,3 km very late evening run.
Hope this week will be better
