My brother is a cyclist

Cycling among persons with visual impairment is included in the program of the Summer Paralympic Games. For the first time, cycling competitions for people with physical disabilities began to be carried out in the 1980s for visually impaired athletes who used tandems, in 1992 they were visually impaired on tandems. Competitions are held on the track and highway.

My brother was fond of cycling all hes life. He was a champion of Russia among juniors.
But in his youth circumstances were so hard and he could not be into cycling.
This year he is 40.
About 5 years ago he came back to cycling and now he is in Russian para-cycling team (he is a pilot in tandem with visually impaired athlet). Three years he is with his partner Igor. They are a great team, DREAMTEAM.
And I am so proud of Igor and my brother.

This year they took part in PARA-CYCLING ROAD WORLD CUP in Belgium. And they got the second result in Russian Cup Championship this year, they took the second place in group race, distance 100km.
