So after the stress of yesterday, I became a lil bit weak and getting up this morning I couldn't do my usual morning exercise because I had to rush to church. It was after church that I pushed myself for a Lil bit and did some push ups and side jogs. I also jogged round the compound for a lil bit and took a lil difficult exercise posture for the sake of proper balancing.
Those who knew me some months back are truly testifying to the bodily change that has obviously occurred in me. Plus, my 6 packs is gradually coming up.
Don't forget and always remember, Bodily exercise is good for you(I Timothy 4;8).

I missed the sports-talk challenge last week as I had a challenging week myself, I felt like I was running around in circles, doing a bunch of stuff but not getting anything done. Even my relaxing was hurried...
I plan on joining more contests today esp any marlians related ones. I am ALMOST at 10,000 marlians, so happy and excited, as Marlians is my favorite tribe and ULOGS my favorite part of it.
