The first Group G match for the 2022 World Cup Qualification will bring together the Indonesian and Malaysian national teams on September 5, 2019.

The match planned to be held at the Bung Karno Main Stadium, Jakarta, was highlighted by the Malaysian Football Federation, FAM. FAM President Hamidin Mohd Amin is worried that something will happen with his players when facing Indonesia at home.

Hamidin's defeat arose from the unpleasant experiences of the past. Hamidin gave an example, when the Malaysian national team met Indonesia in the 2010 AFF Cup final in Jakarta, the Malayan Tiger players had to be transported by barracuda to the Bung Karno Stadium.

Not only that, according to Hamidin, compilation players returned home also got fun game packages from Indonesian supporters.
