Free-agent big man Pau Gasol signed a contract with the Portland Trail Blazers. According to informants, a year's contract would cost $ 2.6-million.

Gasol said in social media, it said it was excited to be in his new team. Gasol is expected to be added to center rotation including Hassan Whiteside, Zach Collins and Jusuf Nurkic who are still recovering from a leg injury.
