Question :

When HF21 will take effect, will the "allocated downvotes" per day also be applied to sportstalk?

In that case, we can downvote if we disagree in rewards/etc.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
