Some time ago Mourinho spoke to Daily mail that he was gathering new coaching staff after being left by his staff before.

Is this an indication that Mourinho will soon be training again in the near future?

No one knows, but the MOU is gathering new staff to update its ideas and strategies.

"I think, I learn, I produce something all the time. I look at other sports and analyze them, I meet my future staff because they are different from the old because now is a moment of change," Mourinho was quoted as saying by the Daily Mail.

"This does not mean anything from a personal perspective, but in terms of knowledge, motivation, this is the right time to do it," Mourinho said.

"I met with them, we talked, analyzed, tried to make documentation that became the basis for a step forward. We always thought, so we will always be ready," he added.
