The good thing about sports is you aren't actually focusing on exercising. It's not your regular workout in a gym where you have a set plan on what your target will be. You are just actually trying to have fun with your team playing the sport you are doing while unknowingly giving a boost to your health.

Well for me it's actually better if you start mixing workouts and sports as its tremendously better for your health.
