It is guaranteed you are going to get surprises and upsets in the Champions League fixtures and Wednesday night in Paris saw PSG beating Real 3-0 , two of those goals came from the former Real player Di Maria.

Bale was a threat in the defence of the opposition but Hazard was kept rather quiet. An interesting game it was as match week 1 concluded.

Elsewhere the English teams did not get the best result ate they wished for except City wining away, a draw for Spurs with Chelsea and Liverpool recording a loss.
