How Can Manchester United save the season in four steps!

United red devil terrifying Europe and the great conqueror
Going through the worst period in its history
What can they do to save the season
I think we have four important solutions

Appointment of sports director

In the era of legendary coach Sir Alex Ferguson, we saw the iron fist of the Scottish on the reins of sports things alone made the man the first and last control in everything related to the management of players, but with his retirement exposed the curtain of structural inefficiency in the club, showing the importance of this position in football clubs.

United could not return to the elite club of European football clubs until Vice President Ed Woodward relinquishes control of everything at the club, especially football issues. It is undeniable that the vice president is an excellent businessman who has improved the financial strength and institutional presence of the club, but this does not help the team on the pitch. The man is known for his "arrogance" and the reluctance of the agents of the candidates to come to him for his hard-line and inappropriate in agreeing on the conditions.

Similarly, if we see the other club tycoon Manchester City, on his way to control English football, they search and bring in an experienced sports manager and knowledgeable in the negotiations and the result is no differences, rumors and difficulties in recruiting and selling players. Manchester United have appointed a series of managers, all of whom have been backed by huge budgets, but with no higher structure than them to ensure any long-term planning. The club's approach has therefore become interactive rather than proactively planning to find its way to success, which is not good enough.

A competent sports manager is essential if Manchester United want to get back on track. His presence will immediately bring a greater sense of clarity to the club's hierarchy, to convince new and existing players that they will be part of a distinct future vision rather than just picking them up through opportunity and reactions.

Get rid of some guys to replenish blood

Given the current squad, the current players cannot be called such a bad word without introductions; what they lack is the system and style of play. Football players will always play without motivation and passion if they have no idea what they really mean to do.

However, there are members of the current band that must be laid off to make room for the application of new ideas. Manchester United are unlikely to get good money from them - more on that later - but their days at the club have proved that they are paying without doing anything. They simply need to get rid of them.

Players like Matthew Darmian, Marcos Rojo, Juan Mata, Ashley Young, Antonio Valencia and Alexis Sanchez. Dispose of them and replace them with four or five players competing to enter the lineup in each match, thus creating additional competition and exporting pressure will be increasingly for those who remain.
Own the fate of the main players

Own the fate of the main players

Only Arsenal can compete with Manchester United as the worst sellers in the Premier League. Perhaps it comes from a position of internal arrogance: if you are not good enough for this big old club, you are not worth much.

But whatever the reason, the team should be particularly good at selling players to other teams. The fate of many players has been put on hold because, for example, those who ask for them have come on a low offer. They have sold only two players (Angel Di Maria and Cristiano Ronaldo) for more than £ 20 million in the last 15 years.
And you can see the same thing happening with at least five players in the current squad.

It is not necessarily the revenue earned from the sales of the players, but rather the idea that the team should appear mercilessly with those who are not interested in playing for the club and thus still control the fate of the club and demand high wages from time to time. Taking Liverpool, for example, the sale of a player like Philippe Coutinho was supposed to be a fatal blow to Jurgen Klopp, but the opposite is what happened after they managed to invest his sale to sign with players who really want to be on the team and fight for something special.

This season rumors have emerged that David de Gea, Paul Pogba, Anthony Martial and even Marcus Rashford will be ready to move away from Old Trafford. But if money is what they want (this is the key), their departure should not be seen as a sign of weakness but a sign of strength. The tongue of Manchester United must be: you are just one player. We can be bigger and better without you.

The policy of buying talent and youth

If we look at Manchester United this season, there are few promising indicators in his squad, and most of these indicators lie in the young players coming. Luke Shaw was steady after finally overcoming injury and fitness problems, Diogo Dalot might be a bomb ready to explode in the years to come, while Scott Maktominai showed leadership and hunger that could be just as important as natural talent.

Continuing this process can ignite more fire in the team. Aaron Wan Pisaka would be a fantastic signature from Crystal Palace, while Declan Rice could be great if United managed to beat Manchester City and get his signature. Gado Sanchez will be very expensive, but certainly the club has the income available to bring him.

I agree a 100% with what you wrote here. Manchester United need to act and fastly too else i am afraid they may crash and very hard too. Their results this season as a result of bad management has been nothing short of "shocking and disheartening" Nobody would have expected this magnitude of bad performances. Now they face liverpool next and how they go about it with important players injured seems a misery to me.

Well written man! @judikhan
