Mornings are meant for exercise

Hello, good morning to all of you.

Today is Monday and also the beginning of a new week. So what did you hear about "the way lay your bed, so you shall sleep on it" ? Been the beginning of a new week, I love to start it off with a good morning exercise to keep me fit and also kick start my body for the activities of the day and other days to come.

First of all, I'll start walking slowly for some minutes then I pick it up with a little pace jogging then after some minutes again, I'll increase the speed until I get to my ending point then I'll kill it.
After some seconds of water break, I'll begin to do some body stretches for the knee, laps, shoulders and so on. Then, I'll round up the exercise with some abdominal exercise like that of sit up, push up and plank.

It's fun though when it comes to exercise and keeping fit but it's extremely fun when it comes to doing what your love to do even if you're good at it or not but with constant practice and determination, the end point would be great!!
