The Super Eagles of Nigeria continued to soar against their opponents yesterday after beating Benin 2 goals to 1 in their opening 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match on Wednesday at Godswill Akpabio Stadium, Uyo.
Stephane Sessegnon opened the scoring for the visitors making it a goal to nil in favour of Benin.
Super Eagles were in no way silent neither did they show an act of been intimidated by that one goal lead. They kept on pressing high up the pitch not until they scored the first and wining goal of the game from Victor Osimhen and Samuel Kalu.
The coach and more especially the people of Nigeria would be extremely excited by the wonderful display of not giving up the fighting spirit till the final whistle of the game and hoping that they'll display more of that spirit come their next match.
