Sports Plan for Week 10.11.19

This weeks target is going to be:

Monday - Jogging. Thinking of a jog at the local park probably. The weather seems gloomy for the past week or so.

Tuesday - Upper body weightlifting. Off to the gym for this one.

Wednesday - Jogging again but this time at the sports complex if weather permits. Occasional light showers have been upsetting my outdoor plans for the past week.

Thursday - Mid Section body toning. Hitting the gym again for some light toning of the muscles.

Friday - Jogging. Putting in a little more cardio activity for this week.

Saturday - Lower body weightlifting. Last gym session for the week.

Sunday - Restday. Definitely.

About Me : A fan of sports. Sports of all sorts from football to volleyball, badminton to squash, even hockey to cycling and running to biking. I even watch beach volleyball and car racing plus a little bit of wrestling, mud wrestling and arm wrestling be it men or women. The sportier the better, now perhaps for a little basketball?
