Today, an unusual report, because I will take into account all-day activity.
I spent half the day at the MOTO-SHOW 2019 motor show.
In the picture you can see the entrance gate to the moto show. One of the attractions was the possibility of renting a helicopter for a flight.
But the moto-show started at noon, so in the morning I went to play the drums.
Although I spent over an hour and a half there
I did not get too tired.
During playing the heart rate oscillated around 80 beats per minute.
I spent the time of playing the drums in the rest zone, but the calories from the breakfast - I burned ;)
Now let's go to the moto-show.
On Saturday I watched all kinds of competitions.
I made a very long route on my feet, passing between various squares, where competitions and shows took place.
These people dancing around the poles, are a competitor learning a complicated route on motorcycles - driving on time.
Then I went through the entire moto-show area to see races of the classic Polish motoring - Fiat 126p
Later, I returned, because next to the square for motorcycles, there was a track for quads, cross-country motorcycles, and various other off-road vehicles.
There was even a heavy armored off-road military vehicle.
The organizers had a good plan. Every hour or so something interesting was happening on another square.
Below is the last photo, more or less in the middle of the whole area. Straight ahead there is a children's play area, and behind it, in the distance below, there is an asphalt track for motor racing and drift. The same distance was the other way to the square for a motorcyclists, and the off-road track.
I did a lot of kilometers today walking around and back, but all for health :)
