If there's one thing to take out of this blob of words, I would say that motivation will only get you so far.

Think about it. How many times when you were motivated, right in the moment, where did it get you?

Motivation enough to put on your gym clothes but beat yourself up about how you look?
Enough to get some new workout gear but never make it to the gym?
Enough to buy a gym membership but never go?

This is where DISCIPLINE comes into play. You can watch all the insta videos, study all the exercises, make your plan to go to the gym. But showing up, stepping into the gym, will be the most challenging part.

Take a moment to realize that discipline is much more important than motivation, & it ALWAYS will be.

Discipline is the only thing that will push you towards your goals. Even when you don't want to do it.

Catch yourself the next time you're making excuses and why you're not doing what you set out to do. Then act on it. You'll never regret it when you are walking out of the gym & finished that workout you set to do.
