The Spanish Albert Ramos qualified for the final of the clay court tournament in Gstaad (Switzerland) by beating the Spanish Spaniard Pablo Andújar, 7-6 (3) and 6-4, and thus reach the seventh final of his career.
After almost two hours of the game, Ramos took out the thorn he had with Andújar, with whom he had lost six of the seven previous occasions in which they had faced each other. The Barcelona, number 85 on the ATP world list, will face the German Cedrik-Marcel Stebe, who took a long time to come into play against Joao Sousa but reacted and took the win in three sets (3-6, 6-1 and 6-2) in one hour and 52 minutes of the match.
