Recently, because of sitting for a long time, my body is strange and I feel very weak. Think of last year when I would stick to doing hundreds of push-ups and squats every day, when the body was really good.
Now I started my campaign again, and this time I chose the King of Strength.
Many people may feel that in many sports, the best exercise is either running or sit-ups or push-ups. But these exercises aren't the best, because they are only part of the body.
This is not the case with squats. Squatting is called the "King of Strength" because 80% of our body follows the movement during squatting.

【深蹲】属于“无氧运动”,能够很好地让心脏心率变低,这样更有助于心脏的健康,减少心脏病的发病率。
虽然【深蹲】锻炼的是全身,但是深蹲最主要锻炼的还是我们的盆骨和腿部,脚步。因为这些地方是一个人的支撑点,唯有这些地方有力了,才能撑起整个身体。
很多的举重运动员,深蹲可是他们的必做运动。因为他们需要举起几百斤重的杠铃,如果有没一个牢固的基础支撑他们的话,他们在举起杠铃的时候很可能造成全身粉碎性骨折。这是很可怕的。
身体同样也是很多女性喜欢的运动之一。【深蹲】其实被女性误会了很长时间,她们认为做深蹲会导致自己的腿部变得粗大。其实这是一种错误的认知。

Squatting is also one of my favorite(most hated too) exercise. I hate squats coz of how they can make you barely able to move if you haven't done them in a while(ie these days) but I also love them coz of how effective they are and can make you so energetic when you're used to them. I also like to try different variants of them and the the fact that they're not time consuming is a plus.
