Desde pequeños nos enseñan conductas de cuidado personal respecto al fisico: lavarnos los dientes, bañarnos,alimentarnos, aprender como vestirnos, etc... Pero¿uqe hay de cuidarnos psicológicamente? ¿le estamos prestando la atención que necesita? ¿estamos practicando el autoamor?
Una buena autoestima,quererse profundamente incrementa las emociones positivas. Además, entre otras cosas, nos permite alcanzar mayor eficacia en nuestras tareas, mejorar nuestra relación con la sociedad y ganar en independencia y autonomía.
Así que mi propuesta es simple y compleja: enamorate de ti, se valiente, y comienza un romance contigo mismo, en un que te haga mas feliz y resistente a las situaciones que te puede dar la vida.
