Since the weather is turning towards rainy and chilly days I had to take the chance of getting at least a few night shots of the blooming Sakuras. It seems this weekend's Sakura watching is going to fall through, that's way this season is so precious. Since the cherry blossoms are only blooming for a short time and the weather is unpredictable people have to take every opportunity they get to go out for some Hanami.

Hanami 花見 - thats is what the Japanese call the moments they are out looking at Sakura trees.

The term dedicated for the watching of blooming cherry trees shows the position this tradition has taken in people's lives. Feel the arrival of spring and the transience of life, fragile like some delicate petals which can be blown away easily.

Hopefully the rain want wash off too much of the blossoms, and will leave some for those who haven't been lucky to see them yet.

A great weekend to all of you, I hope you can enjoy some breeze of spring wherever you are going. Or for those in the Southern hemisphere, savour the glory of autumn.

Da das Wetter sich nun zu drehen scheint und eher zu kühlen und regnerischen Tagen tendiert, musste ich schnell noch mal die Möglichkeit nutzen und wenigstens ein paar Nachtaufnahmen der blühenden Sakuras machen. Es sieht aus als würde dieses Wochenende buchstäblich ins Wasser fallen, deshalb is diese Saison auch so kostbar. Die Kirschbäume blühen nur für kurze Zeit und das das Wetter immer wieder unberechenbar ist, muss man jede Chance für ein Hanami nutzen.

Der Ausdruck gewidmet der Zeit in der man sich an den blühenden Kirschbäume erfreut zeigt den Stellenwert dieser Tradition in Leben der Menschen hier in Japan. Das Gefühl der Ankunft des Frühlings und der Vergänglichkeit des Lebens, zerbrechlich und zart wie Blütenblätter, die schnell vom Wind davon geweht werden können.

Hoffentlich wäscht der Regen nicht alle Blüten runter damit auch die, die bisher noch nicht das Glück hatten sich an diesen erfreuen können.

Euch allen ein tolles Wochenende. Wo immer ihr auch seid, ich hoffe ihr könnt alle eine Brise des Frühlings erhaschen. Und für die in der südlichen Hemisphäre, kostet die Pracht des Herbstes maximal aus.
