Report ongoing is that Barcelona will not offer Ivan rakitic a new contract and will be open to selling the Croatian international this summer.
Barcelona have completed the signing of Frankie de Jong this January and that's the reason they want rakitic to leave to create space for the incoming Dutchman.
Though rakitic has made it known to the club that he wants to stay and want the club to extend his contract but it seems that will not be happening and he might be heading for the exit in the summer.
