The transfer window is fast approaching and clubs are already planning their next move before the summer.
Real Madrid are close to the signing of Chelsea talisman Eden hazard as both parties are negotiating terms.
Eden hazard has been heavily link with a move to Real Madrid since last summer but Chelsea have been reluctant to sell him as they demand a high fee which saw Real Madrid withdrew from the deal.
But with his contract set to expire next season Chelsea having failed to convince hazard whose heart is already at Real Madrid will have to sell him this summer or risk losing him for free next season.
