The 23-year-old player has joined Fulham which just gained promotion to the Premier league for a season long loan.
Chambers have previously gone on loan to Middlesbrough where he played 26 times for the Championship side.
The player has also featured for the Gunners
86 times in all competitions for Arsenal. He joined the club from Southampton.
Chambers has three senior caps for England. He's got 21 appearances for the U-21.
The player says he likes Fulham and that he has watched them play several times. He said it was evident that Fulham liked being with the ball.
Fulham plays from the back and also through the lines and Chambers has said that the style of play is just what he needs.
