Liverpool have concluded that the midfielder Emre Can will be out of their squad as his deal with the club expires at the end of the month June.
The German professional footballer moved to Anfield from Bayer Leverkusen in 2014 and has made 167 appearances – his last appearance which was last month against Real Madrid.
The 24 year old has long been linked with a move to Juventus which according to a report earlier this week has been agreed upon that the defensive midfielder will join the Serie A Champions on a four year deal come the end of his Liverpool contract.
The arrival of the midfielder Fabinho from Monaco (£43.6m) triggered the convenient release of Emre Can as The Reds have already moved to pad up their central midfield.
Meanwhile, the expectation of Naby Keita to complete his agreed £52.75m movement from RB Leipzig early next month July is still intact.
