Napoli officially declared the Spaniard Fabian Ruiz as their new signing from Real Betis in a reported fee of €30m as his release clause.
The transfer had been on talk for several weeks before it finally got through. Napoli referred to the Spanish midfielder as their primary aim in the case of Jorginho exiting the Italian club after his impressive first campaign in Italian Serie A.
The 22 year old worked hard into the first eleven last term as he was able to get fans' attention with his creative and commendable display in LaLiga.
As Jorginho to Manchester City is a very likely deal, Fabian confirmed last month June that he might likely make a deal with Napoli, and both Real Betis and Napoli have come out to confirm the transaction as the midfielder penned down a five year contract.
