PSG have reportedly made the Frenchman their number one transfer target for the summer.
The Chelsea midfielder currently earns about half that price at Chelsea and could be tempted leave Stamford bridge.
Chelsea though will be keen on holding onto their player and could offer him an improved contract to keep him at the club.
