The captain of Manchester City has spoken of his desire to remain at the club as long as possible.
Kompany, now 32, has a contract that expires at the end of the season. Kompany arrived at the Etihad in 2008 and has won three Premier league titles with the club.
The player said he's been lucky to have the kind of body he has. Despite the injuries, he's still strong and can still run. He said he hopes to continue this way.
Kompany also added that he'd be willing to be of service in any way whether as a player, an employee, or an ambassador. He said that he'd wants to continue being a with club.
