Improper nutrition
"Why am I not losing weight because I regularly go to the gym?" Unfortunately, the physical exercise is unlikely to give a good effect, and even more durable. Only in the complex with the right healthy diet your kilos will go away. Do not forget, it is important not only what you eat, but also how, when and in what quantities!

Incorrect interpretation of results
We used to control our figure by the number of kilograms on the scales. This is a mistake, because as a result of transition to sports mode our body changes – muscles start to grow and fat disappears. The figure on the scales can amaze you unpleasant, although the body will be transformed only for the better. Take a habit instead of daily weighing once a week to take measurements of their parameters-you will see how well the body responds to the load.

Irregular workouts
I wonder how to lose weight right? Play sports regularly and do not miss a workout! In the right mode, your body will quickly get used to the loads, and you'll see the first results in a week-second. If to go on training irregularly and constantly to change a kind of loading, the body simply will not have time to adjust and will not be able to take a course on weight loss.

Not suitable load
You go to workout for weight loss, and the results are zero? You may have chosen too much or too little. If you recycle in the gym, it also negatively affects your health and causes overwork.
