The cutlets are tender and juicy, melting in the mouth. I advise to prepare more
โ ๏ธ Ingredients:

๐ Fish Fillet-400 gr
โ ๏ธ I used pike perch fillet
๐ Onions-1 pc
๐ milk 1.5%-100 ml
๐ Bread-1 slice
๐ Greek Yogurt Natural-2nd. L.
โ ๏ธ can be replaced with sour cream
๐ salt, spices-to taste

โ ๏ธ Cooking Process:

1 ๏ธ make minced fish fillet
โ
2 ๏ธ Trim the crust of the bread slice and soak the crumb in the milk
โ
3 ๏ธ Onion Grind โ
4 ๏ธ in the stuffing add onions, salt, spices, bread crumb (pre-bread to wring from excess milk). All carefully stir โ
5 ๏ธ form wet hands cutlets

6 ๏ธ put the cutlets in a baking dish. Lubricate the cutlets with Greek yogurt/sour cream (for a ruddy crust)

7 ๏ธ Fish cutlets Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees to full readiness
