Kyle Kuzma was drafted as the No. 27 overall in the NBA Draft of 2017 and since then, he has managed to buy in well into life as a Laker which could even see people note it as being a little bit too much.
Just earlier this year, Kuzma, 22 year old was spotted wearing a Nick Van Exel throwback jersey, a jersey which warned him props from LeBron James before they went on to become teammates.
In the history of the NBA, if not the most popular, then the Showtime Lakers jersey holds a spot amongst some of the most popular jerseys.
Kuzma however is not okay with only just wearing such picnic jersey with street clothes. He in fact hopes that meaningful games can be played with the jerseys soon by the Lakers.
The last time the Lakers adorned the Showtime throwbacks was during the 2016-17 season.
However, they now decided to go even further back in the history of the Lakers last year to adorn the baby blue Minneapolis jerseys instead of bringing back the former for another year.
And this season doesn't even look like the Lakers have any plans of throwback threads. Reports currently making the rounds have it that for the next season, there are only seven teams that have an option of a classic jersey.
These seven include the Golden State Warriors, Atlanta Hawks, the Utah Jazz, the Minnesota Timberwolves, the Charlotte Hornets, the Orlando Magic and the Indiana Pacers.
