Real Madrid won their third consecutive Champions League Title some days back and even though the controversial incident between Sergio Ramos and Mohammed Salah shook the Internet, that is not what people will be talking about in the days to come

Zinedine Zidane just stepped down as Real Madrid Coach. The news is a shocker because someone like me will be expecting him to take actions to cement his presence in the Club or even ask for a Pay rise

His actions has left me totally numb

He was actually close to signing a new Contract with the Club but reconsidered and quit instead. This is a classic example of :

Exiting when the Ovation is the loudest

Real Madrid just like the England counterpart Chelsea is very notorious for sacking coaches who don't live up to expectations and winning three times in a row may leave Zidane with the doubt that other clubs will be Lax in the coming season

He said and I quote :

I think it would be difficult to keep winning if I stayed

Considering the facts on ground I actually believe that quitting was the right thing he could do at this point considering that he ended his Football career on a sad note

For those who don't know, he was sent off in his last match with a Red Card after a giving Italian Marco Materazzi a head butt on the chest in France 2006 world Cup FInal match against Italy .

Zidane claimed that Marco insulted his mother and Marco later admitted to the insult , but said he was referring to Zidane Sister instead

No one is as shattered by this decision as Real Madrid President Florentino Perez who has no Idea of who to replace Zidane with, he looks totally crushed in Pictures of the Press Conference

Real Madrid players has taken to Twitter to show their Support for Zidane and to acknowledge the fact that they respect his decision

I believe that it will a very emotional period for them because all the recents happenings during the club shows that they have a good relationship with the Manager. Madrid has a line up of world class players and it will take a world class coach to put them together

But just like Zidane said :

Big Players need Big Change

It will be interesting to see how things changes in the coming months and the Manager who will be called up to fill the big shoes left by Zidane

There is also a question of whether Christiano Ronaldo will chose to remain in the club and I believe that this is one of the greatest issue that Perez will have to face

Real Madrid is a prestigious club, both Fans and Management demands result and I believe that it will take a lot of guts for someone to take the reins dropped by Zidane

We will just have to wait and se how things unfold

Looks like Zidane learnt it the hard way.
And this time he had to rewrite the formula to soothe his needs by changing the variables

BEFORE,

His emotion peaked.

He was sacked by a community or better put, a community representative.

Someone else called the shot for him.

He didn't take his time to reason before taking decisions this time(Just the way this section seems unformated), in other words, he acted impulsively.

THIS TIME,

The emotions of a whole community and world of viewers and fans peaked and have peaked increasingly after 3 consecutive victories.

He sacked a whole community or better put, He turned down a whole community.

He called the shot.

But more importantly, He took his time to reason before taking decisions.
