The Real Madrid goalkeeper, Thibaut Courtois has moved to deny the allegations that he left the West London club so he could escape from former managers, Antonio Conte and Jose Mourinho.
The reports from El Pais had said that Courtois had spoken to the media and had vented his frustration at the situation at the club seeing he left Chelsea to avoid the exact kind of situation that is going to happen. That's because it's becoming clear that if Julen Lopetegui is sacked, it will either Antonio Conte, or if he refuses the offer, Jose Mourinho would come in to replace the coach.
Courtois came to Real Madrid in the summer after forcing his move from chelsea despite the fact that he had just over a year left of his contract with the blues. Courtois joined Real Madrid for £35 million and Chelsea had to get the then AS Roma goalkeeper to replace him for a record fee.
Courtois has become Madrid's number 1 goalkeeper for the LA Liga and shuffles with Keylor Navas for the champions league.
