The Manchester United goalkeeper has always been my favorite. That’s not entirely because I am a Manchester United fan. It’s just that I’ve watched the lad develop in Manchester United.
There was once a time when he was the kid in the squad and others used to hand over burgers to him. The guy has over the years gone on to cement his status as one of the best in the game today.
No thanks to the world cup showing, a lot of persons began to see the shot-stopper as ‘overhyped’. That cannot be farther from the truth. Few mistakes from the Spaniard in the world cup doesn’t make him any less the world class goalie that he his.
The goalkeeper even wants to improve further according to the Manchester united goalkeeping coach. He has been training harder and the goalkeeping coach is confident that he can even get better.
