Eric Cantona says he suffers watching Manchester United play

The former striker for the red devils expressed his dissapointment and frustration with the way the club has been playing.

Cantona sees that with the situation at the club and with the way things are going, Manchester United is losing out on many young talents that are supposed to come to the club because of the atmosphere surrounding old trafford at the moment

Cantona played under Sir Alex Ferguson and during his time won 4 premier league titles and two fa cups.

Cantona said that for a team to be successful, the team has to take risk to play their football. He l gave the instance of the game against Juventus where the opposition had over 70% of possession and they were playing away from home. It was old trafford and yet Manchester united could not have up to 50% possesion, a situation, he said, one can never imagine happening under sir Alex Ferguson

When asked who he thinks should replace Jose Mourinho, the legendary player says maybe it is time to give it to an old player. He said the club was against giving the job to a former player who knows the ins and outs and would coach with passion. He reminded the media that he isn't vying for himself but merely saying that for things to be better, it'll be time to let a former player coach the club.
