How Klopp addressed his Liverpool players for the first time revealed

Jurgen Klopp took over the reins of management from erstwhile coach, Brendan Rodgers around this time four years ago. Since then, he's been focused on turning the club around, turning it into a global force, one that has almost tasted glory three times already.

The German tactician had on his first day gathered all the players into the press room and made all the staff at the club's training base to come in and pass through for all the players to see. He asked the players if they knew each member of the staff. He added that everyone member of the staff were there to ensure that the players succeeded.

He had then proceeded to writing the word TEAM on a piece of paper describing each letter with a meaning attached to it.

Klopp during the interview said T meant terrible to play against. E meant Enthusiastic. A was for ambitious and M meant mentally-strong machines.

This clearly impacted the players and Jurgen Klopp says he feels that it's been working as the team is now terrible to play against and the lads are enthusiastic and ambitious. They also have a very strong mentality.
