The Nigerian international has shared the advice which Thierry Henry offered him when the two had met.
Iwobi said Henry had told him that a lot of people played football well but if a player doesn't do anything to affect the game, he wouldn't be recognized.
Iwobi, an Hale End Academy graduate recently signed a contract extension with the Gunners that would see him continue to play his football with Arsenal till 2023.
Iwobi is a product of Arsenal's academy, a place where he arrived in at the age of 8. He broke into the senior team in 2015 and has since made 98 appearances for the club, scoring nine goals and assisting 19.
The player was in the Nigerian squad that got kicked out of the world cup that held in Russia last month. He's hoping to find better form this season and impress new manager, Unai Emery.
