The reports have it that PSG have made a record £270 Million for Barcelona player, Coutinho.
This would be a world record signing if it goes through. You will remember that PSG had to shell out £220 million for the then Barcelona player, Neymar.
Coutinho was in fine form throughout the world cup but he and his Brazilian side got knocked out of the world cup at the quarterfinals stage.
Neymar had told PSG that they should prize Coutinho from Barcelona and this may be a response to the demand.
The offer though was placed through Coutinho's agent who should relay the information to Barcelona as the club would be quick to remind PSG of the player's £400 million release clause.
