The former Manchester United captain, Wayne Rooney believes that Tottenham current coach, Mauricio Pochettino would be a perfect replacement for the erstwhile manager, Jose Mourinho.
Once, Pochettino was the top name of the list of managers available for recruitment. That was Ole Gunnar Solksjaer came into the club as interim manager. The former Manchester United striker has been a revelation for the club as Manchester United haven't lost a single game since he came into the dugout. Manchester United have won nine of the ten games they have played under the Norwegian coach. With this, he has made a daring statement and has staked his claim to the managerial position when the club and its board meet in the summer to decide hold the coach of the club would be from then on.
Rooney thinks that Ole Gunnar Solksjaer deserves some commendation and a possible shot at the job but says that if not the Norwegian, then Pochs should be the right fit for the Manchester United job.
