Liverpools striker Mohammed Salah was not selected for this year EPl player of the Year. However, his team mate Mane has been nominated for this EPL player of the Year.
Salah won the individual award last year after the 2017-18 campaign as the English top-flight top scorer with 32 goals in 36 games.
Although, Mane is a goal behind Sallah and Aguero, he was selected and Sallah was overlooked. The Senegalese will challenge teammate Virgil van Dijk, Chelsea’s Eden Hazard and the Manchester City trio of Bernardo Silva, Raheem Sterling and Aguero for this year’s honour.
Mane hope to be the third to win the title after Riyad Mahrez and Salah, to win the prestigious award on April 28
