Iwobi promises to be more professional

The Arsenal striker just renewed his contract with the Gunners. The new deal is for five years and so will see him at the club till 2023.

Iwobi was on the wrong side of the fans last season and was even slammed as waste of space, an idiot. Many of the fans asked that he be sacked from the club and other players given the chance in his stead.

The player however says he's changed and now ready to prove himself under the watch of the new coach.

Iwobi came into Arsenal as a young boy, the age of nine and has only ever known Arsene Wenger as his coach. With the changes, the player said it all looks strange but that he has accepted the challenge and will try to please the new manager.

It remained to be seen how the manager will use him in the coming season.
