Now, it has been understood that Xia is taking a reconsider and weighing his options on the club going into the last year of their parachute payments as they were followed by their relegation from the top about a two year ago. From sources, Villa has let it known that he is willing to listen to offers withstanding his values to the club at £100m.

The England’s former Under-21 international player, Jack Grealish sale is certain to boost the finance aspect of the club but unfortunately hinder whatever hopes they abhore of bagging a promotion in the next season.
Tagging Jack Grealish at such an exorbitant price could put off any potential suitor, but despite that, West Ham and Tottenham are all the same likely to still be interested if the price can be slashed down a bit. Now, it could be a really busy summer at the Villa Park as FFP regulations stipulated that Championship clubs must not be permitted to lose at least more than £36m over a period of three seasons.

In a press talk, Aston Villa’s chairman Tony Xia straightened out: "We all are aware that we will face very severe Financial Fair Play challenges in the next season but notwithstanding, the club needs to be a sustainable one. For the past two seasons, we have been heavily investing but however, the loss we acquired on Saturday means that we have a lot of things that needs to be changed.
