No more Ruler of the Seas from Reward Cards!!

So the day finally came.. I have been watching the Ruler of the Seas for the past few weeks as it got closer to extinction, and last night I watched it until the last card was pulled from the rewards cards forever!

Now even before the Ruler of the Seas was announced I remember talking to some early players about a Legendary Water monster, and the Ruler of the Seas exceeded everything I could have hoped for!

The abilities are amazing on this guy with Blast, Swiftness, and Silence for that double Magic hit, speeding up every other monster, and reducing -1 Magic from all enemy monsters!

Here is the current market for both foils.

I would have to say that this by far is one of my favorite cards, and it was a sad day to see it go.. However, I was lucky enough to pull a Gf version and enough to Max out my regular foil before they were all gone!
