That has been raised before and is something we can look at again, we just made a change to ensure entrants CSI is over 5.
I have no problem with only having personal accounts enter, will talk to a couple of sponsors

Her idea is right. You can allow community accounts but select winners from personal accounts. Community accounts are supposed to always powerup and get impressive big votes from the team (mostly) :) they hold steem till SPUD and power up. It can be a disadvantage to individuals who buy or powerup their tiny payouts.
